Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our coffee and beverage products, we do not accept returns on consumable items. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in any way, please contact us by email at lavishcrumb@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue as best as we can.


Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the case of damaged goods, incorrect shipments, or other special circumstances. To request a refund, email us at lavishcrumb@gmail.com with the your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you received an incorrect item, we will send the correct one at no additional cost.
